With just four weeks to market an event that ideally needed a year of promotion, Vastify faced a daunting challenge. Their mission? Drive ticket sales for Cashflow Summit 2024, a real estate networking event in Kansas City designed to bring together real estate investors, entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and financial professionals.
The Problem
There was no established advertising momentum and the task of reaching the right audience, creating urgency, and driving conversions for high ticket sales was a tough one.
Vastify’s 4 Part Solution
Develop a hyper-targeted Meta Ads strategy that focused on precision, engagement, and urgency. The approach included:
Part 1. Audience Targeting

Leveraging Meta’s detailed targeting, Vastify honed in and created a target audience based on locals interested in real estate , investing, and business.
Part 2. Website Visitor Retargeting

Website visitors were retargeted with effective ads designed to reaffirm viewers on the value of the offer.
Part 3. Creative Strategy

Ad creatives composed of compelling visuals with converting copy, networking opportunities, and limited ticket availability, were then made and distributed to the audience made in “Part 1. Audience Targeting”.
Part 4. Ad Optimization

Due to traditional A/B testing taking upwards of 30 days for proper results, a different approach was taken for the 4 week timeframe. Many ad graphics were recycled and shown to the same audience simultaneously with different text. Higher converting graphics were then promoted with more budget allocation.
The Results

With a less than ideal timeline Vastify was able to turn around the advertising rollout for Cashflow Summit 2024, getting a total reach of 113,817 people and selling 74 ticket within just four weeks. Proving that with the right strategy, ad campaigns can deliver strong results in a small amount of time.
